What is in the Box?
This experiment is easy to set up and very fun to play with.
1. We placed strong magnets into a Q-tip box and closed the lid. The learners couldn’t see what was inside the box.
2. Then we set the box on top of two glass jars.
3. Next, we tied metal paper clips onto string and taped the string onto cardboard. Make sure the length of the string is just short of the box above it.
4. Finally we lifted up the paper clips until they stood on their own!
